No. 1—Edgewater Man Charged with Sex Abuse of Minors
Police arrested an Edgewater man on Wednesday after an investigation into allegations that he sexually abused children in the Edgewater area. Anne Arundel County police received information about the possible abuse in August and two adult male victims came forward to report incidents that occurred from 2000 to 2008, according to a press release. No. 3—2 People Airlifted After Crash in Davidsonville
Two people suffered life-threatening injuries following a crash on Governor Bridge Road in Davidsonville on Wednesday morning. A police investigation "determined the vehicle was traveling east on Governor Bridge Road when the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, began to rotate in a counterclockwise direction and slid sideways off the roadway, striking a fence and ultimately a tree," according to a press release.
