What Should Replace This Vacant Business Space?

Residents in Edgewater have a lot to be thankful for when it comes to local business.

New establishments are sprouting up all over the place, ranging from CrossFit gyms to exotic-flavored cupcakes. But even so, there are still vacant business spaces throughout the area. 

Most recently, I noticed another unoccupied retail spot on Mayo Road, next door to LilyRose Cupcakes and Saigon Palace.

Based on it's location and shape, what do you think should fill this vacant business space? What sort of new business would you like to see added to the local business landscape?
