2.) YOU SAID IT » The Maryland STARS 16U Girls Fastpitch Softball team recently won the USSSA 16 & Under A State Championship. The Maryland STARS are based out of Southern Carroll County. 

3.) ICYMI » An Anne Arundel County Circuit Court judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by a former state prosecutor against the Carroll County Times, alleging a reporter made false claims about him in an article. Read the article here
