Howard County Government: Police Investigating Fatal Shooting In Columbia

The male victim was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. 

Howard County police are investigating a fatal shooting Saturday night in Columbia. 

At approximately 8:11 p.m., police responded to the 7300 block of Hickory Log Circle for a report of a subject shot. Police located a male victim in the parking lot suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to Howard County General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

There is no suspect information at this time; the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
