Residences at Vantage Point Management Honored for Senior Living

Residences at Vantage Point has announced that its management company, Life Care Services, ranked highest in resident satisfaction among independent senior living providers for the fifth consecutive year in the J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Senior Living Satisfaction Study. It also ranked #1 in customer satisfaction among assisted living/memory care communities.

The J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Senior Living Satisfaction Study examines industry-level performance metrics of senior living providers and highlights the best practices that are critical to customer satisfaction, advocacy, and loyalty.

Life Care Services achieved the highest score in all six factors of independent living resident satisfaction: dining, community building and grounds, resident apartment, price paid for services received, community staff and resident activities. It also received the highest score for 5 of the six factors of resident satisfaction for assisted living/memory care communities.

Residences at Vantage Point was founded in 1990 and is a nonprofit, non-denominational Life Plan community serving people age 60 and above. Located in Downtown Columbia, the community includes a variety of residential living arrangements from studio to two-bedroom/den apartments. It also provides on-site short- and long-term health services including assisted living, memory support and rehabilitative and long-term nursing care, available for residents should they need them.
