• State approves expansion of Cecil County Enterprise zones (cecildaily.com) — Elkton’s enterprise zone just grew by 80 acres, opening more local sites for tax-advantaged business development along Maloney Road, Belle Hill Road, and near Upper Chesapeake Corporate Center. County leaders say the expansion, part of a larger Elkton-to-Perryville corridor, is aimed at attracting new employers, supporting existing companies, and creating more jobs close to home for Cecil County residents.
