Ben Folds To Share Stage With Howard County Youth Orchestra For Special Performance

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The Howard County Youth Orchestra will take the stage with Emmy-nominated musician Ben Folds for a special concert at Merriweather Post Pavilion May 18 at 7:30 p.m.

Folds is known for his hits with Ben Folds Five as well as his solo career and his innovative collaborations with world-class symphonies. The Howard County Youth Orchestra has performed at New York’s Carnegie Hall, Washington, D.C.’s Kennedy Center, The Midwest Clinic in Chicago and Baltimore’s Meyerhoff Symphony Hall. The HCYO has shared the stage with TwoSet Violin; Time for Three; Guster; and Tank and the Bangas.
