<h2>4-Week Beginner Yoga Series + 3 Class Credits</h2>
New to yoga or returning after a long break? This 4-week Beginner Yoga Series is designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported from day one.
This program is perfect for anyone who has felt intimidated by regular yoga classes or wants a slower, more instructional introduction.
<h3>What’s included:</h3>
• 4 weekly Beginner Yoga classes (same day/time each week) 
• 3 additional class credits to try gentle Level 1 or slow-paced classes after the series 
• Clear instruction on foundational poses and breathing 
• A welcoming, non-intimidating studio environment
Each class builds on the week before, giving you time to learn, ask questions, and gain confidence at your own pace.

• No prior yoga experience required 
• Suitable for all ages and fitness levels

Manor Hill Brewing

The Farm is open 4-9pm, with Bingo in the Barn from 5-7pm.
BINGO&nbsp;will occur in our heated Barn (located directly behind the Taproom).&nbsp; The Barn will open at 4pm with 4 beers on tap so you are welcome find a seat and get comfortable. Bingo will go from 5-7pm and is&nbsp;free&nbsp;to play.&nbsp; Prizes will be awarded for winner of each game and prizes will vary for each game.&nbsp; Please note, seating is limited and will be on a first come, first serve basis (no reserving seats or tables for players not present).
Due to several prizes containing beer, Bingo will be for 21+ only. One card per person.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Our&nbsp;Taproom&nbsp;will have 13 farm-brewed beers + our hard seltzer on draught and multiple options in cans available to go.&nbsp; So come hang out after Bingo concludes.
Our&nbsp;Farm Stand&nbsp;(conveniently located behind the bar) is constantly evolving and is sure to have some locally produced items for sale, including staples like Manor Hill Farm Pickles, Relish, Jellies and more.
Manor Hill Pizza Trolley will be closed.&nbsp; You are always welcome to bring your own food and our bartenders would be happy to provide some recommendations for delivery!

The RYT200 Teacher Training Program is a comprehensive 11-month program conveniently scheduled one weekend per month (Friday evening through Sunday) from January 23 through November 22, 2026. Lucy Lomax and Kelly Fisher will teach you how to share the gift of yoga while deepening your commitment to this path. But we won’t stop at sushi, you’ll also learn to prepare flavorful Japanese side dishes that perfectly complement your creations, such as the cucumber salad, grilled eggplant and a dessert creation that is simple and beautiful. By the end, you’ll have an impressive, well-rounded menu to recreate at home, perfect for a dinner party or a cozy night in. Fresh, fun, and flavorful, this is sushi making at its best!
