Decorate Festive Cookies, Enjoy Holiday Trains, Make Yule Log In Old Ellicott City
Celebrate the holidays by signing up for a cookie decorating class, a workshop to make a yule log or check out the holiday trains in OEC.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — With the holiday season upon us, residents can celebrate at one of several events planned in Old Ellicott City.
The annual holiday train gardens at the Ellicott City B&O Station Museum will be available to see through Jan. 5. The museum opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 3 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays, then at 5 p.m. all other days. The museum is located at 3711 Maryland Ave. in Ellicott City.
The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar at 8225 Main St. in Ellicott City, along with Live & Love Cakes, will be hosting various Christmas cookie decorating classes for an afternoon of fun served with a milkshake. There also will be a Hanukkah cookie decorating class and a Nutcracker cookie decorating class.

Bohemian House at 8320 Main St. in Ellicott City will be hosting a workshop Dec. 20 teaching attendees how to make their own yule log.
