Dispose Of Unwanted Prescription Drugs, Other Items April 22 At HoCo General Hospital
Drop off unwanted prescription drugs and other items during National Prescription Drug Take-back Day at Howard County General Hospital 4/22.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Residents can take their unused, expired and unwanted medicines at a drive-through set up at Howard County General Hospital for National Prescription Drug Take-back Day.
Individuals will be on hand to collect tablets, capsules, liquids, creams, e-cigarettes, vape pens and needles for safe disposal between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. April 22. Drive into the main entrance of the hospital at 5755 Cedar Lane, Columbia.
At October’s Drug Take-back Day, Johns Hopkins Medicine collected 854 pounds of unwanted medications and 390 community members participated in the event.
