A Baltimore-area woman bought a winning $50K scratch-off ticket at a Howard County business that also receives a $500 bonus.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — An Ellicott City business yielded a $50,000 instant ticket winner recently.
Earlier this year, a Baltimore-area woman bought three scratch-offs and won $5,000. She recently tried her luck with the same instant ticket and came away with a $50,000 top prize.
The 64-year-old and her husband found her lucky scratch-off at Normandy Wine & Spirits in Ellicott City. Her husband went in to buy beverages while she wanted to buy lottery games. The Gwynn Oak housewife bought three more of the $20 instant ticket. After a quick scratch, she learned that she won enough to buy the new car she has long needed.

The woman plans to buy a new vehicle with her winnings. Normandy Wine & Spirits located at 8492 Baltimore National Pike will receive a $500 bonus for selling a top-prize winning scratch-off worth $50,000.
