Jury Seated in Trial of Wife Charged with Killing Paraplegic Husband
The trial is scheduled to take up to two weeks at Howard County Circuit Court.

A jury was seated on Monday in the trial of an Ellicott City woman who is accused of killing her paraplegic husband in February of 2011.
Nancy Fleming Molony, 53, was charged with second-degree murder after a police investigation found that her husband, Kevin Patrick Molony, 51, died from an overdose of oxycodone, a prescription painkiller. Molony was found dead inside his home on the 4000 block of Chariots Flight Way in Ellicott City.
