Rikki, Dev, Citrus, Chirp: Adorable Adoptables Of The Week In Howard County

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Meet Patch's Adorable Adoptable Pets of the Week available from the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center.

Beautiful Rikki had to have his eye removed as a baby due to a severe injury, but it doesn't slow him down. This energetic 9-week-old kitten loves to play with the other kittens at the shelter and would really like to have a feline friend at his new forever home.

Citrus and Chirp are a bonded pair of female parakeets looking for a bird-savvy forever home. Citrus and Chirp were not handled much in their previous home and will need a patient family willing to gain their trust and teach them that people are friendly and not scary.

Adorable Dev happens to be a busy little guy who is learning how to trust people. He loves playing with toys and when he's tired, he will allow you to pet him. He'd really like to have a furry feline friend to play with, who will help him adjust to new situations, a new home and a new family. He likely will do best in a home with older children who can understand how and when to be gentle with him.
