Tripp, Sadie, Julia, Joy, Jared, Julian: Adorable Adoptables Of The Week In Howard Co.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Meet Patch's Adorable Adoptable Pets of the Week available from the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center.

Joy is a darling, female, tortoiseshell-colored kitten. She may be a little bashful at first but if you move slowly and talk to her, she comes out to explore. She likes to play with toys and enjoys the company of another kitty, too. While she is adjusting to being held, she'll cuddle for a cat nap when she's tired.

Jared is a male, cream tabby and white kitten who is bashful and just starting to explore the inside world. Jared feels more comfortable with another kitty around. This sweetheart will purr if you move slowly and pick him up to pet him. He is adjusting to people holding him and will need someone patient to show him just how gentle people can be.

Julian is a stunning red tabby kitten. He is eight weeks old, enjoys playing with other cats and he is ready for his forever home.

Jasper is a male gray kitten who is curious and playful. He enjoys being around another kitty and really enjoys chasing plastic balls that roll away from him when he touches them. He plays inside a cardboard box and enjoys playing on a cat tree. When he is tired, he will fall right to sleep in your arms.

Julia is a female Dilute Calico kitten who is looking for a home of her own. She likes being around other kitties and enjoys chasing paper balls that crinkle. After playtime, she is so sweet and will curl up, falling asleep in your arms.

Sade is one of the happiest dogs you will ever meet. She is a lab/poodle mix and only weighs 30 pounds. She adores everyone she meets and wiggles her whole body in joy to see you. Sade is only two years old and has been around a young child. She is very smart and has already been through a training class.

Jerry is a fantastic pup who loves people and gets along well with other dogs. He cannot wait to go to his forever home!

Tripp is a 1-year-old mixed breed dog with some Sharpei in him. Tripp was born with a deformed leg but doesn't let it stop him. He is still happy to see you and tries to get closer to you by jumping up using his good leg. He is a very smart boy and is very affectionate. Tripp lays upside down and really enjoys belly rubs once he knows you. Tripp is sensitive, sweet and has times that he is unsure of something new. He is curious and if you just give him a minute, he will come over and check it out. Tripp has met a few other dogs running around the yard.
