A minor accident on Route 40 west at the I-695 onramp in Catonsville appears to have done damage to a white minivan and a light pole.
One Baltimore County police officer was at the scene around 2:25 p.m. On Thursday, causing a brief lane shift. Traffic was passing easily through the area.
