Poll: Dad Shoots Daughter's Laptop

Being a parent of three children is not always easy, especially when it comes to discipline.

My kids are wonderful, but like many others, they are constantly testing the limits of what they can get away with. Figuring out how to discipline them when they do something wrong can be difficult.

Should you ground them, take away favorite things or is yelling at them the only way to get their attention?

According to ABC News, one North Carolina father turned to social media to get his daughter's attention after discovering she posted unflattering comments about him and his wife on Facebook.

The 8-minute, 23-second video, shows a man, who identifies himself as Tommy Jordan, reading a letter he found online from his 15-year-old daughter, Hannah, after he worked on her computer. 

The young teen's post included a rant about having to clean up and being asked to get a job.

Her father responded by reading his daughter's letter and closed by taking a gun and shooting up the girl's laptop until he ran out of ammunition.

The video has made Tommy Jordan an Internet sensation with more than 26 million people having viewed the YouTube video through Friday morning.
