Adult Bike Lessons Offered By Montgomery County Transportation
Adults in Montgomery County who want to learn how to ride a bike will have the chance for reduced-price lessons this spring.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — Adults who want to learn how to ride a bike or brush up on their skills can attend lessons offered at a reduced price this spring by the Montgomery County Department of Transportation. Lessons are $10 each for county residents and will be led by members of the Washington Area Bicyclist Association.
Bikes and helmets will be given to all of the participants, the County said.
"The classes are an affordable way to include biking as another form of transportation," the county said in a news release. "They also are a great way to prepare to participate in Bike to Work Day on Friday, May 20."
