Police ID Man Killed In Collision With Tree In Gaithersburg
Montgomery County police said the man lost control of his vehicle after coming out of a curve and struck a tree.
GAITHERSBURG, MD — Montgomery County police have identified the man who died Tuesday when his car crashed into a tree in Gaithersburg.
Steven Alejandro Bruno Gonzalez, 21, of Gaithersburg, was driving a Toyota Camry southbound on Perry Parkway approaching West Diamond Avenue when the crash occurred shortly after 7 p.m., police said on Thursday.
According to police, Gonzalez lost control of the vehicle after coming out of a curve and struck a tree.

Gonzalez was pronounced dead after first responders arrived at the scene.
The Montgomery County Department of Police – Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating the collision. Detectives are asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision to call 240-773-6620.
