Holiday Workshop, Photo Shoot Planned At Kentlands Mansion, Register Now

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — Register now for upcoming holiday workshops and photo shoots at the 19th century estate Kentlands Mansion. Learn how to make customized wooden serving trays and kid-friendly candy charcuterie boards for Halloween. Come back in November and use the beautifully decorated Mansion as the backdrop for holiday photos. Kentlands Mansion is located at 320 Kent Square Road.

Make It, Take It: Wooden Trays

Join Hammer and Stain Rockville for a special workshop to learn how to create an entertaining must have – a wooden tray. Customize your tray with a stencil and designer paint colors. Each participant will take home a tray, some cookies, and the sweet knowledge of this tasty skill. All materials are included. Ages 13+. Registration required per person.

Allow us to introduce you to the best thing to happen since the invention of chocolate: the candy kid-cuterie board. With a variety of candy and sweet treats, let your child’s imagination run wild to create a confectionary masterpiece of their own. Join CharcuteriE DMV in making some spooktacular candy boards for Halloween. Registration includes materials for one adult and child to make a board. Appropriate for ages 5 – 15.
