Thief Steals Credit Cards From Gym Lockers: Police
Police are searching for a man they believe stole credit cards out of gym lockers in Gaithersburg and Olney and used the cards at stores.
GAITHERSBURG, MD — Police are searching for a man they believe stole credit cards out of gym lockers in Gaithersburg and Olney.
Police believe the man may have stolen the credit cards from victims' lockers while they were exercising, police said.
The victim's cards were fraudulently used in various stores such as the Home Depot and a CVS Pharmacy in Gaithersburg.

Police believe the suspect committed three different thefts over a 13-month period.
The first incident occurred on March 8, 2017 at the Gold’s Gym at 18810 Woodfield Rd. in Gaithersburg.

The second theft was on March 29, 2017 at the Gold’s Gym at 18330 Village Center Drive in Olney.
Lastly, the suspect is believed to have committed a theft on March 29, 2018 at the same Gold's Gym in Olney.
The same suspect was caught on video surveillance in all three cases, police said.
Anyone with information about this suspect is asked to call the 4th District Patrol Investigations Unit at 240-773-5476 or call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information provided to them that leads to the arrest and/or indictment of this suspect. Tipsters will remain anonymous.
