A Hyattsville man is in critical but stable condition in Prince George's Hospital after his van flipped over in an accident involving three vehicles at the intersection of Greenbelt Road (Route 193) and Kenilworth Avenue (MD 201), according to Captain Thomas Kemp, of the Greenbelt Police Department. Kemp said the call came in at 5:30 p.m., and police closed off all lanes to do a re-enactment in case it turns into a fatality. But he said, thankfully, the Hyattsville man is still alive. Notifications have gone out, Kemp said.
