62nd Annual Havre De Grace Art Show Includes Coffee Talk, Kids Story Time

The 2025 Havre de Grace Art Show includes a new pop-up coffee talk featuring authors, as well as an array of artwork and kids story time.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Mark your calendars for the 62nd Annual Havre de Grace Art Show, which will take place Oct. 18–19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Tydings and Concord Point Parks.

The free, family-friendly event brings together a juried showcase of fine artists, craftspeople, makers and authors presenting original works in mediums ranging from painting and photography to sculpture, ceramics, basketry, glass, woodwork, jewelry and more, organizers shared. Visitors also can meet the creators, shop for unique handmade goods, enjoy live entertainment and sample local food.

A new addition to the art show this year will be a pop-up coffee talk Oct. 19 where Harford County native Elaine Hume Peake will talk about her new book The Kaboom Boys. Other local artists will be introduced to those gathered. The pop-up coffee talk also will be held in Tydings Park by the gazebo with coffee served at 8 a.m. and the author chat at 8:30 a.m. Books will be available for purchase and signing.

There also will story time for children held each day of the art show near the playground at the park. That will be hosted by local authors Lindsey Pope and Stephanie Guzman.
