Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — One person was hospitalized and another remains missing amid an ongoing search-and-rescue operation in the Susquehanna River in Harford County. Shortly before 11 a.m., the Susquehanna Hose Company said crews were conducting a water rescue near the Hatem Bridge.One person was located and taken to the hospital by the Harford County Department of Emergency Services. Another person remains unaccounted for, authorities said. Divers responded to the scene, where they are working to locate the second person, according to officials.No additional details were immediately available. The public is asked to avoid the area near the Water Street boat ramp.
