We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. From Gerard Flinton: ——— My name is Gerry Flinton and I've lived in HdG for 5 years.  I spent my formative years in Troy, NY.  During my working career I lived in Hudson (NY), Wyandotte (MI), Baton Rouge (LA), Latham (NY), Boonton (NJ), and Center City Philadelphia.  Over that time period I've met many political personalities.  With regard to the approaching election I can state without any hesitation that Joe Smith is the "BEST" candidate for city council.  He is intelligent, dedicated and devoted to representing the entire Havre de Grace citizenry.  When elected Joe will bring a new perspective and new ideas to city government especial in these trying times and the possibility of deeply reduced State funding to both the County and the City.  As the Baltimore Sun wrote: "bringing a new council member up to speed, generates a discussion among the newcomer(s) and veterans, hopefully in a public forum that residents can witness.
