We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. From Catherine Walther: ——— I am supporting Joseph Smith for city councilman. I have known him for a few years. He is an energetic, organize man and is versed in government. And I have another reason. Havre de Grace has many areas that pay city taxes and support the city. I live in Bulle Rock I have a feeling that "downtown" feels Bulle Rock is an interloper. I lived in Havre de Grace when my husband was stationed at Bainbridge. I have at least three friends here that were born In Havre de Grace and now reside in Bulle Rock feeling that they are coming home. Many residents here are local. I have always thought Havre de Grace was a beautiful town and I loved to come here when we lived in another part of the county. I feel all areas that support Havre de Grace with taxes should be represented in the Government of the town. After all, we are one town. Joe Smith would be a great representative. Catherine Walther
