Armed Man Arrested After Attempting To Rob Pharmacy In Havre De Grace: Police

An Aberdeen man who attempted to rob a pharmacy in Havre de Grace was arrested shortly after the incident Feb. 5.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A man who attempted to rob the Citizens Pharmacy Wednesday morning was found not far from the scene, according to police.

On Feb. 5 around 11:32 a.m., the Havre de Grace Police Department received a 911 call for an attempted robbery at 415 Market Street, Havre de Grace. Officers arrived on scene just minutes later. They quickly canvassed the area and were able to identify the suspect as Garrett Guzik 41, of Aberdeen based off a clothing description from the staff at the care center and from a robbery that happened Feb. 4 at 601 Revolution Street, police reported.

Guzik was arrested and charged with two counts of armed robbery, two counts of robbery, two counts of assault second degree, two counts of theft less than $100.00 and concealing a dangerous weapon.
