We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A man who attempted to rob the Citizens Pharmacy Wednesday morning was found not far from the scene, according to police. On Feb. 5 around 11:32 a.m., the Havre de Grace Police Department received a 911 call for an attempted robbery at 415 Market Street, Havre de Grace. Officers arrived on scene just minutes later. They quickly canvassed the area and were able to identify the suspect as Garrett Guzik 41, of Aberdeen based off a clothing description from the staff at the care center and from a robbery that happened Feb. 4 at 601 Revolution Street, police reported. Guzik was arrested and charged with two counts of armed robbery, two counts of robbery, two counts of assault second degree, two counts of theft less than $100.00 and concealing a dangerous weapon.
