We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. In case you missed the official start Friday night, welcome to our first contest at Havre de Grace Patch. Do you or your neighbor get really into hanging Christmas lights outside?  Our first contest is looking for you to tap into your inner <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ian6NyXpszw" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Clark Griswold</a>. It's all about your homes and how you decorate them for the holidays. Send us pictures of your Christmas lights, your interior holiday decorations, whatever you think fits. Send an e-mail to sean.welsh@patch.com with a photo, your name, and your address, and you'll be officially entered. Myself, and a team of freelancers and holiday elves will be determining the winner. You'll get a small prize—paid in some pretty cool Patch gear—but the biggest prize will be the city-wide bragging rights over your neighbors.
