The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! This course satisfies the requirements for operating a vessel on Maryland waters and a Maryland Department of Natural Resources Certificate of Boating Safety Educationis issued upon satisfactory completion Instructors of the Flotilla teach two four-hour sessions followed by a test. Classes are from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. on Aug. 22 and 23. The cost is $20 per student. All funds received will go to the Susquehanna Hose Company Dive Team. Pre-registration is requested, but walk-ins are taken if space permits. Please bring a check payable to the .
