The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Havre de Grace Elementary School PTA will hold our monthly meeting on Thursday, October 21 at 5:00 pm in the Media Center.  We will kick off our MixedBag fundraiser on Monday, October 25 - these adorable and affordable bags are durable, fashionable, and, made of recycled materials, are eco-chic — great for holiday gift giving!  Havre de Grace Elementary School is currently seeking community members and businesses to join us by becoming our "Partners in Education."  A simple $100 donation will benefit our students by supporting our cultural arts programs and helping to provide field trips — the fun little extras that make school special for kids.  Each Partners in Education member will receive a certificate of appreciation and a big "thank you!" in our school newsletter that goes home to our families.  For more information about Havre de Grace Elementary School PTA, please contact Amanda Shaffer at 410.942.0639.
