We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. THIS MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.   From Harford County Public Schools: ——— The Board of Education of Harford County will hold a public informational meeting on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at in the auditorium from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.  The purpose of this meeting is to outline the process and the timeline of the scope study process, which was approved last year by the Board of Education in the FY 2012 Capital Improvement Program.  The scope study will evaluate the existing conditions of the two building school facility, collect and review community input, and make recommendations to the Board of Education for a concept plan to redevelop the campus sometime in the future to better suit the current educational program delivery.  The intent is that the proposed concept plan will preserve the history and heritage of this school as a community symbol as well as to enhance the landscape of the urban environment.
