Fireworks Near Me: Havre de Grace’s July 4th Festivities For 2022

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Cities including Havre de Grace are bringing back many of the traditional Independence Day activities that were either canceled or modified the last two years. July 4 is just around the corner, so it's time to find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you in 2022.

When: 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 3
Where: Union Avenue, Havre de Grace

What: Independence Day Concert with "Love Seed Mama Jump"
When: 7 p.m. on Sunday, July 3
Where: Hutchins Park, 100 Congress Ave., Havre de Grace. Tickets are free due to a generous sponsor, organizers say.

What: Maryland Military Band Concert
When: 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 3
Where: Concord Point Park, 352 Commerce St., Havre de Grace. No tickets are required.

What: Havre de Grace Fireworks
When: 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 3
Where: Barge across from Concord Point Park, 352 Commerce St., Havre de Grace

What: Kingsville Independence Day Parade
When: 10:45 a.m. on Monday, July 4. Pre-parade music starts at 9:30 a.m. at the judges' stand at the intersection of Bradshaw, Belair and Jerusalem roads, where opening ceremonies will take place at 11 a.m. The participants will turn right from Bradshaw Road to Jerusalem Road and end at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 12022 Jerusalem Rd. This year's parade theme is "Faith, Freedom, Family."

What: Red, White & Boom Independence Day Festival
When: 6–10 p.m. on Monday, July 4
Where: Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium, 873 Long Dr., Aberdeen. Tickets to the event — which includes live music by Under the Covers and a fireworks show plus kids activities — is $10 to $20.

What: Bel Air Independence Day Parade
When: 6 p.m. on Monday, July 4
Where: From Idlewild at South Main Street to East Gordon at North Main Street, Bel Air

What: Bel Air Fireworks
When: 9:30 p.m. on Monday, July 4
Where: Rockfield Park, 501 E. Churchville Rd., Bel Air. The show will be visible from areas around town.
