Havre de Grace Crime: Arrests, Vehicle Damaged

Bay Boulevard, 100 block, 9:04 p.m. on Sept. 8. Robert James Baker, 50, of the 100 block of Bay Boulevard, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. Officers initially responded to the 400 block of Battery Drive, where Baker allegedly struck a building with his vehicle before fleeing. The building sustained minor damage, and no injuries were reported.
Bourbon Street, 700 block, 3:23 a.m. on Sept. 8. Michael James Defilippo, 49, of the unit block of Ford Hill Road in Port Deposit, was arrested for violation of parole out of New York. Police observed suspicious activity while patrolling the area, and learned Defillipo was wanted.
Lafayette Street, 800 block, 12:37 a.m. on Sept. 8. Approximately $300 in damage was inflicted upon a windshield. Police located a large rock in the victim’s yard, believed to have caused the damage. Police have no suspects.

Pulaski Highway, 900 block, 11:23 p.m. on Sept. 7. Harry Gardner Neidlein, age unknown, of the 1900 block of Perryman Road in Aberdeen, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
Green Street, 700 block, 4:51 a.m. on Sept. 7. Brandon Ray Sexton, 26, of the 600 block of North Stokes St., was arrested on a warrant for driving on a suspended license.

Pennington Avenue, 500 block, 6:32 p.m. on Sept. 6. A 17-year-old male of the 500 block of Pennington Ave. was arrested on a warrant through the Department of Juvenile Services.
