Havre de Grace Crime: Ring, Beer, Bike Stolen
The following information was supplied by the Havre de Grace Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

MD Route 155 and Maryland Avenue, 12:47 a.m. on Sept. 24. Shirley Theresa Justice, 59, of the 1000 block of Foxchase Lane in Essex, was arrested on an active warrant through the Maryland Transportation Authority Police for failure to appear. Justice also was charged by Havre de Grace police for driving on a suspended license.
Old Post Road, 1300 block, 7:17 p.m. on Sept. 23. A concrete portion of a bridge was vandalized with spray paint. Police have no suspects.

Revolution Street, 1000 block, 1:37 p.m. on Sept. 23. A bicycle valued at approximately $300 was stolen from a carport. Police have no suspects.
Water Street, 600 block, 11:47 p.m. on Sept. 22. A man reported that he was assaulted by his roomate during an argument. The victim, who had a visible injury to his face but refused medical treatment, was referred to the Harford County Court Commissioner's Office.

Pulaski Highway, 1000 block, 6:28 p.m. on Sept. 22. Alexander Blanding, 60, of the 100 block of Deaver Street, was arrested and charged with driving without a license.
Congress Avenue, 400 block, 2:23 p.m. on Sept. 22. A ring valued at more than $1,200 was reported stolen. There were no signs of forced entry into the victim's apartment. The investigation is ongoing.
Webb Lane, 400 block, 7:59 a.m. on Sept. 22. The rear passenger side door of the victims vehicle had been shattered by an unknown object, causing an estimated $125 in damage. Police have no suspects.
Pulaski Highway, 800 block, 2:12 a.m. on Sept. 22. Lewis Arnold Cross, 63, of the 200 block of Mechanics Valley Road in North East, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
Revolution Street, 1100 block, 4:16 p.m. on Sept. 18. A male wearing a black baseball hat took four bottles of beer, valued at $8, from Post Road Liquors and drove off in a brown Izuzu Rodeo.
Alliance Street, 500 block, 12:40 a.m. on Sept. 18. The basement of a home was broken into, but nothing was taken. Officers observed a small basement window removed and an alarm sounding. Police have no suspects and the incident remains under investigation.
