The grand marshals for the parade will represent the Maryland Army National Guard 1297 and 1729.
The following bands are set to play in the parade, according to havredegracejuly4.org:

Residents and visitors to our city can expect delays, road closures and a high volume of pedestrian traffic during the celebration. Please pay close attention to traffic control devices and public safety employees' directions. Do not move traffic cones, traffic barrels, barricades or any other type of traffic control devices as they are in place for specific reasons. We urge everyone to pay close attention to parking signs and be aware of restictions that are in place for Sunday, July 1. Please be cautious of pedestrians while driving in the city on July 1, as well. We hope everyone has an enjoyable and safe Independence Day celebration.
