UPDATED: Man Flown to Shock Trauma With Gunshot Wound
A man sustained an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound at the park-and-ride on Route 155 Thursday.
UPDATED (5:05 p.m.)—A man was flown to Maryland Shock Trauma Thursday after sustaining what was believed to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound at the park-and-ride at the I-95 interchange along Maryland Route 155 in .
The man's condition was unknown as of late Thursday afternoon.
Maryland State Police were called to the scene of a shooting around 1 p.m. Officials remained at the scene with yellow tape marking off sections of the commuter parking lot around 2 p.m.

"All we know at this point is that it is a self inflicted gunshot wound," a state police spokesman said.
A state police helicopter was called to the scene to transport at least one patient.

The helicopter was expected to land on Maryland Route 155 and travelers should expect delays. The exit ramp from I-95 to Route 155 was closed immediately following the incident.
Traffic was reopened by 2 p.m.
