We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. They've probably made an otherwise pleasant walk evening on the waterfront a stressful one—buzzing about while you walk or threatening your picnic in . But have they ever stolen something from you? A tourist in San Francisco posted the video here on YouTube after a bird nabbed her GoPro camera, flew over the water and left it—not so gently—to rest a few hundred feet away. It made for a really cool video. But it also opens a fun conversation for those of us in a waterfront city like Havre de Grace.
