What an incredible weekend for the Cockeysville FC 2015 Boys at the Columbus Day Classic! The team brought passion, grit, and outstanding teamwork to every match, showcasing their talent on both ends of the field.

🔥 Round-Robin Dominance

Cockeysville came out strong in group play with three commanding wins:

• Game 1: vs. North Chesapeake FC – 4-0 W
• Game 2: vs. Dark Horse SC – 6-2 W
• Game 3: vs. Arundel SC Juventus – 1-0 W

That’s 11 goals scored and only 2 conceded over three games!

The midfield and defense were rock-solid all weekend, with standout performances from Julian Gilchrist, Beck Palmer, Miles Hielke, Brooks Risch, Ben Reeb, Jak Kogelschatz, Josh Nganga, Kellan Fitzhugh, Michael E., and William Mazur. Their smart play and relentless effort shut down opponents and set the tone for the team's success.

⚔️ The Finals – A Battle to the End

In a rematch against a tough Arundel SC Juventus squad, the championship game was a nail-biter from start to finish. Both teams fought hard, and regulation ended in a 0-0 draw.

With no golden goal in two overtime periods, it all came down to penalty kicks.
