Baltimore County Schools Change Wednesday Schedule Because Of Snow
Baltimore County Public schools and offices have changed hours for Wednesday, Jan. 17, in the aftermath of the snowstorm.
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Baltimore County Public schools and offices will open two hours late on Wednesday, Jan. 17, in the aftermath of the snowstorm. There will be no morning prekindergarten classes.
Essential employees must report on time for their assigned shift or may request from the appropriate supervisor to use leave time.

Winter weather returned to the region Monday into Tuesday with many cities covered in 4 to 5 inches of snow by Tuesday morning, and cold will soon follow the storm into the state. Low temperatures will drop into the low teens the next two nights, the National Weather Service said.
Most school districts in the Baltimore region canceled classes Tuesday.

The NWS said the next chance for snow is Friday throughout the day, wrapping up by 8 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 22. Chance of precipitation is 80%
