Not all of air conditioning was partially was working at Hyattsville Elementary School this week, but the cool is back up and running now, said Principal Jeanne Washburn earlier this hour.
"Not one kid has said it's too warm," she said, adding that teachers and some parents have complained about the heat.
Some of the confusion may have happened because last year thermostats put into renovated rooms last year show a picture of snow for the cooler temperatures and a picture of a sun for higher numbers, Washburn said.

On Wednesday, the school's maintenance attendent worked for two hours on the building's rooftop replacing HVAC filters to no avail.
However, workers on Thursday fixed an issue with the HVAC pressure which resolved the problem, Washburn said.
