Students from local schools and Yvonne Harris, manager of the Hyattsville branch of the Prince George's Memorial Library System, put on a reenactment of the Rosa Parks story earlier today at the library's community room. The three students who participated are: Karen Canas, a ninth-grader from Northwestern High School; Akinleye Warner, an eleventh-grader from High Point High School; and Albright Okui, an eighth-grader from Eisenhower Middle School. Here are some snapshots of the event.
