• $105K grant will be used to help response time for emergencies in Harford County schools (cbsnews.com) — Harford County Public Schools are rolling out new mapping technology for all schools, a project that began after the deadly 2024 shooting at Joppatowne High School. The $105,000 grant-funded system will give 911 operators real-time camera access and detailed building layouts, helping first responders know exactly where to go, which entrances to use, and how to reach critical equipment faster during emergencies.
