A familiar face has returned to serve the Kensington community. Barbara C. Duncan, who is known for her efforts to fundraise on behalf of on Warner Circle, will now serve in a manner to link senior citizens and neighborhood youth. Duncan, of Rockville, will lead the community relations for the . "We are excited and pleased to have Barbara Duncan join our team in this newly created position," Tiffany Tomasso, a founding partner of the Reston, VA-based Kensington Senior Living, which operates Kensington Park, said. "Barbara has warmth and a special touch with seniors that make her the ideal individual to direct our community and public outreach to Kensington and to all of Montgomery County." Duncan hosted a fundraiser March 29 to support the library's mobile Penny Theater, which spreads the "joy of books" to children by visiting local schools.
