Downtown BikeAround and Block Party Postponed Until Sept. 30-Oct. 1
Projected bad weather leads to cancellation of this weekend's planned event for Howard County bike enthusiasts and local families
The annual BikeAround Downtown Columbia, sponsored by the Downtown Columbia Partnership and Howard County Office of Transportation, originally set for this coming weekend, has been POSTPONED until Sept.30 and Oct. 1. The 6-mile course opens Saturday, Sept. 30 at 9 a.m. and closes Sunday, Oct. 1 at 6 p.m. A BikeAround Block Party is set for 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Sunday. Also on Sunday at 11 a.m., there will be a family ride led by Priscilla the Bike Dog and her human. To participate (and get a free t-shirt), register here.
