Easter Egg Hunt and Petting Farm set for Sunday, April 2, 1-3 p.m.

Kittleman Farm in West Friendship is site for games and activities for children and adults, including Chocolate and Mimosa Bar

Local families are invited to enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt fundraiser for Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center, on Sunday, April 2, from 1-3 p.m., at the Kittleman Family Farm, 3021 Kittleman Lane in West Friendship.

The benefit will include a Petting Farm and a Chocolate and Mimosa Bar. Games and other activities for children and adults will be featured. The egg hunt will start at 2 p.m.

“Our family is proud to host a benefit for Grassroots, which gives families a chance at a better life,” said Lisa Kittleman, who serves on the agency’s Board of Directors and is a partner in The Kittleman Group Realtors.

Grassroots provides 24-hour crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and support to individuals and families with a mental health, substance use or homelessness crisis.

General admission is $25 per person, $50 per family. Sponsorships for the Easter Egg Hunt are available at $500 for Gold, $250 for Silver and $100 for Bronze and include a family pass to the event. To purchase a sponsorship or tickets, register at grassrootsegghunt.eventbrite.com.
