Franklin Daniel Barkdull of Laurel passed away on Sunday, Sept. 30. He was 76. Born on Nov. 10, 1935, Barkdull was the beloved husband of Norma Elizabeth Barkdull; and devoted father of Nolan Barkdull (Shandana), Mary Thomas (Calvin, Jr.), and Anne Mitchell (Brad).
