Prince George's County Police has identified the victim in a fatal crash in Clinton on Nov. 4.Joseph Vaughn, 84, of Arbutus Lane in Clinton died in the hospital on Wednesday, Nov. 19.At 1:40 p.m. Nov. 4, the crash took place at the intersection of Piscataway Road and Pine View Lane in Clinton.When police arrived on the scene,Vaughn had critical injuries. Vaughn's passenger and the other driver were not seriously injured.Police investigation revealed that Vaughn was headed southbound on Piscataway Road. As he was making a left turn onto Pine View Lane, a SVU that was traveling northbound on Piscataway Road hit Vaughn's vehicle.Anyone with information on the crash should call the Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit at 301-306-5640.
