• 'I think it's great': New eGates installed at some BWI-Marshall security checkpoints (wbaltv.com) — New high-tech eGates are now operating at BWI-Marshall in Linthicum, promising faster, less stressful security screening for travelers who subscribe to Clear’s $209-per-year service. Early users say the facial-recognition system speeds them through checkpoints in seconds, and BWI is among the first 20 airports nationwide to get the technology, with more planned before the 2026 World Cup.
