Commercial lender Revere Bank has signed a 10-year lease for a 10,000 square-foot space on West Diamond Road in Gaithersburg, The Baltimore Business Journal reports.
The bank will open a branch in the building’s lobby and move its commercial development team from Rockville, The Business Journal reports.
The move is expected to happen in 2014.
