Hi👋A little about me &amp; how I started my insurance career. ●In 2008, after 16 years of marriage, I started over with my 2 kids to give them a safer environment &amp; more promising futures. ●During this transition, I entered banking as a career, but then decided to get my life &amp; health insurance license &amp; was then hired by Humana in Tampa,Fl. ~I loved my job with Humana, but soon realized there was more to learn and offer clients. ●I then joined a brokerage in Clearwater, Fl. -This allowed me to now service clients I would have to send to a competitor. ~I also gained more balance as a single working mom. ●In 2015, I had a set back as I was injured in a car wreck. The kids and I struggled, but we made it through with some savings and some help from others. It was time for a change. ● I became an independent agent. The Charles Village 5K Run, part of this weekend's Charles Village Festival, will close several area roads Saturday morning. Wyman Park Drive between Art Museum and San Martin drives, 31st Street between Remington Avenue and Wyman Park Drive and San Martin Drive between Wyman Park Drive and University Parkway will be closed between 6:30 and 11 a.m., according to the Department of Transportation. The race starts at 8 a.m. and will primarily be held on Johns Hopkins University's Homewood Campus.
