Closing Update From Baltimore Schools
Modified schedule is in effect for Baltimore City Public Schools ahead of impending snowstorm.

In preparation for the blizzard conditions expected this weekend, Baltimore City Public Schools announced that all schools and offices will be closed on Friday, Jan. 22.
Employees are on code yellow, meaning schools and offices are closed but essential personnel should report.
A state of emergency takes effect in Maryland starting at 7 a.m. on Friday, with the National Weather Service forecasting 24 inches of snow for Baltimore between Friday night and Sunday morning.
